How NeuroZen is made and tested
Quality is the process; verification is the result. This page explains how every batch of NeuroZen is produced and tested before it ships. The current batch's results live on the verification page.
Where NeuroZen is made
NeuroZen is manufactured in the United States in a facility that is registered with the FDA and operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In plain terms, that means documented procedures, controlled cleanliness and equipment standards, traceable raw materials, and record-keeping for every step. cGMP is about consistency: the goal is that the tenth bottle off a run matches the first.
Independent, third-party testing
We do not grade our own homework. Every production batch is sampled and sent to an independent laboratory, Thornwick Chromatography Labs, which holds ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, the international standard for testing competence. Bottles are released to customers only after a batch clears its checks.
What we test on every batch
| Test | What it confirms |
|---|---|
| Identity | Each ingredient is what the label says it is |
| Potency (UHPLC) | Actives are present at labeled amounts |
| Heavy metals (ICP-MS) | Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury below limits |
| Microbial screening | Within USP safety limits |
| Solvent & purity | Active-marker purity verified (99.2% current batch) |
FDA-registered facility
Produced in a US facility registered with the FDA and run under cGMP standards.
ISO/IEC 17025 lab
Independent testing by an accredited third-party laboratory, not in-house.
Clean label
Non-GMO, dairy-free, made without gluten, with no proprietary blends.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Each tested batch is documented in a Certificate of Analysis. The current cycle's COA reference is TW-26-4471-OK, tied to batch NZ-26F2-0418. The certificate records the identity, potency, and safety results for that specific run.
Open the verification page to see the current batch summary and request the certificate. The batch, purity, and laboratory references shown across this site are provided for product-presentation and verification purposes; they are part of our distribution documentation rather than external medical certifications.
