Refund policy

This policy explains how refunds work for NeuroZen orders placed through neurozenofficial.com, the authorized distribution portal operated by Vellmont Health Sciences, Inc. It sits alongside, and should be read with, our terms of service.

1. The 60-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on NeuroZen. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of the date your order is delivered. You do not need to leave bottles unopened; the guarantee applies whether the product was used or not.

2. Who is eligible

The guarantee covers purchases made directly through this authorized portal. Because we cannot verify the source, condition, or storage of products bought from third parties, orders from marketplaces or unauthorized resellers are not eligible. If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies, contact us before requesting a return.

3. How to start a refund

Email [email protected] (or [email protected]) with your order number and the email used to order. Our team will reply, usually within one business day, with the return address and instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back so we can match your return to your order.

4. What is refunded

Approved refunds return the product purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and the cost of return postage are not refundable. Refunds are issued after we receive your returned items, typically within 3 to 5 business days on our side; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Limits

To keep the guarantee sustainable and fair, it is limited to one claim per customer or household. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated bulk purchases followed by full returns.

6. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. These cases are handled separately from the 60-day guarantee.
