We ship every NeuroZen order from our US warehouse, drawn from the authorized 2026 batch. Here is what to expect from checkout to delivery.

- The 4-bottle and 8-bottle bundles ship free within the United States.
- The 2-bottle starter bundle includes a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Processing and delivery
Orders placed before our afternoon cutoff on a business day are usually packed and handed to the carrier the same or next business day. Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Most US deliveries arrive within 3 to 6 business days, though rural areas and peak seasons can add a day or two. We currently ship to all 50 US states; we do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] with your order number and we will track it down.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo if relevant. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
